Do you find yourself needing direction or an answer in a particular area of your life? Maybe you’re unsure of which job to accept, what financial decision to make, or who to marry. The key to getting our answer is to start with God. God is our creator, He knows everything, and has already written the story for our lives. So why not go to the source for help? Trusting God includes admitting our need for guidance and asking for wisdom. This requires us to be vulnerable and to exercise that child like dependence on Him. It’s safe to give God our hearts, we are precious to him, and He is able to handle them with the utmost care. As we trust God, in His unique ways, He will provide insight, direction, and clarity for every situation that we face. The answer may not come the way we expect it to, so it’s good to be open to whatever His ideas may be. As we trust God and rely on His wisdom, He promises to lead us and remove obstacles in our path. If you find yourself at a fork in the road today, simply pause, acknowledge God as your source, ask for His wisdom, and expect an answer with an open heart.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (AMP) Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].
