God's Plan
Happy Saturday!!
We are in the middle of the second quarter of the year…Where has the time gone? I can’t believe Easter has already passed and Mother’s Day is just around the corner. Regardless of your perception of the speed of time, where do you find yourself in terms of meeting your goals and fulfilling the desires of your heart? For some of you, things have been going as planned and that is great! For others, a few bumps in the road have appeared that you needed to navigate. Unfortunately, this is a part of life and we have to adjust to its unpredictableness, if that’s even a word lol…
Whatever end of the spectrum we find ourselves on, God has a good plan for our lives. He has already created this good plan and every detail is already worked out. The plan includes taking care of us daily by giving us peace and never harming us. The plan also includes a future marked by success. To see this plan fulfilled in our lives we must trust that God knows what He is doing. I admit this is hard for me at times and I get off track. The good news is that it is easy to get back in alignment with the plan by admitting the mistake and deciding to trust God again.
Each of us has a different plan. God has uniquely designed each of us with a specific purpose and destiny. One of the best ways to discover what our unique plan is by getting to know the God of the plan better. We can do this through communicating with him, reading His Word, and applying its truths to our lives. The more we get to know him, the more He will reveal our plan to us. God will also provide all the resources, whether it is people and/or opportunities, so that the plan can be fulfilled.
Let’s make the most of our time by getting a clearer picture of what this plan is and being intentional about living it out. If you need to take some time out to refocus and/or reach out for help, I encourage you to do it. Your future depends on it. I pray that you will experience the goodness of God throughout the rest of the year as you discover and live out His good plan for your life!
Enjoy the rest of your Saturday!
